Position overview: The CCM coordinators will be responsible to the implementation of ICCM (Integrated Community Case Management) project which contributes to the reduction of under five mortality by introducing community cased management of pneumonia and strengthening the management of Malaria, diarrhoea, and SAM at zonal level. The incumbent is responsible to provide technical and logistics support and conduct supportive supervision of health workers at health centers and health extension workers at health posts. She/he will ensure the provision of regular training; supportive supervision and site visit of health facilities as per the schedule and build capacity of woreda health office and health facilities as per the schedule and build ICCM. The position holder is responsible to provide timely activity report and financial reports to the regional coordinator and or to sub office finance unit and will be responsible to gather information, document and communicate project achievements and lessons learned and best practices. As part of the assignment the position holder is expected to build strong partnership and working closely with Woreda, Zonal and Regional Bureau and other non-governmental partners.

Qualification: BSc degree in Nursing or Public Health
- Work Experience: Five years in the area of MNCH. - Applicants should be trained in IMNCI case management and have familiarity with the national IMNCI guideline. In order to be considered for the position applicants should have a work experience in facilitating and providing trainings, proven ability in promoting and collaborating with partners. She/he should have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in team situations with excellent oral and written communication skills and computer skill with adequate knowledge in statistical software. It is important that the applicants speak local languages and have previous experience working in the zones preferable NGO settings. She/he needs to have proven ability to write reports that are of high quality; ability to work in harsh circumstances and travel to field
