HFC is a National implementing partner (NIP) for strengthening community response to HIV/AIDS (SCRHA) project of PATH, which is directly implemented through the partnership of CSOs in East and Central Oromia and Amhara Region.
Job summary
Coordinate and facilitate SCRHA project at CSO level and involvement in the identification, development, implementation and monitoring of the program as well as supervising facilitations of volunteers in communities in the area of responsibility and ensure community’s compliance with SCRHA project objective. The candidates also provide coaching and mentoring support to volunteer providers.
Key Duties:
- Based on the NIP guidance, design service packages for the SCRHA project.
- Provide technical support, mentorship and regular coaching to volunteer provides and HEWs.
- Strengthening partnership with stakeholders at operational level; organize and
- Ensure collection, compilation and delivery of program and financial progress reports as per the procedure of SCRHA;
- Participate in the different technical and administrative forums in the woreda to smoothen SCRHA’s intervention.
- Perform other duties based on assignments given by supervisor.

Qualification

Skills :

Qualification: Diploma/BA in the required relevant field of (only) Public health/ Nursing from the recognized university/College
- Work Experience: A minimum of 6 years for Diploma Holder and 4 years for Degree holder (Previous experience with CSOs working on HIV is a plus)
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, EXCEL and Access very good written and verbal English, excellent report writing skills.
- Proven team player and team building
- Good communication skills
- Capable of planning, monitoring and management of projects.
- Leadership.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to multi-task duty and work on won initiative.
