What is Ezega.com?
Ezega.com is a premier Ethiopian portal that provides information and data in several areas including jobs, real estate, and classifieds. It also provides Ethiopian related news across many topics and allows members various tools for social networking and communication, including forming groups, writing blogs, posting pictures and links, sending greeting cards, and a lot more. The name Ezega is a combination of E and Zega. Zega mean citizen or generation, and E stands for electronic. So the name Ezega implies "Electronic Generation".
What services can I get at Ezega.com?
At Ezega.com, you can get various services:
News - get latest national and international news
Jobs - Monitor employment opportunities nationwide; post vacancy ads free
Real Estate - Search for properties for sale and/or rent; post ads free
Classifeds - Shop for merchandize and services from numerous vendors; post ads free
Community - Do social networking from anywhere; entertain yourself with videos, pictures, and other features; write blogs; post pictures and links; send greeting cards; join forums and chats; and much more.
Do I pay to use Ezega services?
There is no charge for using Ezega.com. You can register and use our services for free. All you need is a valid email address and adherance to Ezega rules and regulations. You can post ads for jobs, real estate and classifieds for free.
How do I register at Ezega.com?
Click "New User" to register in the main page or in one of the modules and provide all necessary data. If you are registering as an "Employer", you will need to register in the Jobs module. In all cases, an email with confirmation link will be sent to your email address, the one you provided us at registration. You will need to click that link to activate your account.
I didn't receive confirmation email, what do I do?
In case you do not get the confirmation email in your regular mailbox, please check the Spam/Junk boxes as some mailers may consider such email spam/junk email. For example, Yahoo mail may consider such email a spam and put it inside the spam folder, if the spam filter is ON. You will find the spam folder on the left side under Folders, below the Inbox folder.
I forgot my password, how do I recover it?
Please click "Forgot password" link and provide your email address. To verify your identity, you will be prompted with secret question. Please enter the correct answer. Your password will be sent to you to your email address that we have on record for you.
