1. Position: Training and Development Division Head

- Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing/Economics/Any Business Study with 2 years of relevant experience

- Key Responsibilities:
• To set up, implement and review appropriate systems and methods for Training Needs Analysis
• To work with managers and colleagues to develop and implement effective induction programmes and material.
• Analysis, design and development, writing, delivery, and review and evaluation of
• training and learning interventions
• To arrange, create, produce and distribute training-related material and facilities as required.
• To organise, administrate and set up training programmes and events as required.
• To build useful relationships with external learning providers or facilitators
• To keep accurate training records that is comprehensive and up-to-date.
• To deal with inquiries relating to training and development
• To advise and support the Training and HR Manager
• To support and contribute towards the general HR department activities as required
• Keeps data in the computer and adjust the same as deemed necessary.
• Forwards weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as well as interim reports to the Department manager.
• Undertakes other duties she/he is assigned to perform

- Other Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer skills in MS applications
